Our hands in the soil rejoicing
Very thankful for the planting spree we are on, thank you nature for being kind and helpful to us farmers this spring. today will be planting more potatoes with eager, wee hands and getting the soil ready to plant all those tomatoes and cucurbit seeds tomorrow...first - time to milk a cow and let out the birds...and rub a lamb or two..

Farmers' Market today!
So exciting! The first Champlain Islands Farmers' Market of the Summer Season! Come and see us! We will be at St. Joseph Church on Rt 2 in Grand Isle from 10 to 2pm. We have baby spinach, lettuce mix, arugula, rhubarb, "eggys", over 34 varieites of heirloom tomato plants, 14 varieties of heirloom peppers, eggplant, chard, brussel sprouts, basil, thyme, sage, and more..
